Sagan is the Chief Compliance Officer of J. Goldman & Co., L.P. (“JGC”), multi-strat hedge fund with its headquarters in New York City. Sagan has spent a decade-plus with JGC, serving in a variety of legal and compliance roles and was named CCO in 2019. As the Chief Compliance Officer, Sagan is responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing the Firm’s compliance program as well as counseling the principals on a complex range of regulatory topics. Sagan is a key member of JGC’s Operations, Trade Oversight, Valuation, and Expense Review Committees. Sagan received a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and her B.B.A. from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University with a concentration in Finance and Marketing. Sagan is admitted to practice law in New York.
