Emily Nordee-Rogers is Vice President and Head of Restaurant Content and Programming at Informa Connect, where she leads programming for industry-leading events including the Restaurant Leadership Conference, CREATE Conference, FS/TEC, Global Restaurant Leadership Conference, Global Supply Chain Summit, and NEST Summits. With over 20 years in foodservice and hospitality, Emily bridges the gap between restaurant operations and evolving consumer dining trends, delivering actionable insights that drive success across the sector. She has spearheaded nationally recognized programs including Campari USA's "Year of the Negroni," Little Caesars Pizza's Veterans Program, and California Walnuts' "Re-Think Walnuts."

Emily is based in Santa Barbara, California, and holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Nutritional Science and Wine Marketing from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo (go Mustangs!), as well as a degree in Meeting and Event Planning from Cal State Dominguez Hills. Emily is also a published food journalist and blogger and the operator of her own Speakeasy Supper Club and catering company.
