Annie Froehlich is a Partner at Cooley LLP, where she principally advises a broad range of clients in connection with matters implicating highly technical and dynamic export control, sanctions, and foreign investment regimes, including the Export Administration Regulations, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, the trade and economic sanctions programs administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control, and regulations administered by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States. Ms. Froehlich also serves as a nonresident senior fellow with the Economic Statecraft Initiative in the Atlantic Council’s GeoEconomics Center. She resides in Washington, DC with her husband and three energetic children.
