Chelsea Ellis is Senior Counsel at TechnipFMC, where she leads on international trade and national security compliance matters, including economic sanctions, export controls, and cross-border regulatory issues. Prior to TechnipFMC, she spent her career in private practice advising public and private U.S. and foreign companies across sectors such as banking, maritime, energy, logistics, aviation, telecommunications, and semiconductors on compliance with U.S., UN, and other sanctions regimes, as well as on export controls, CFIUS, and customs. Ms. Ellis previously worked at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, and earlier held positions with firms in Chicago, Malta, and Moscow.
