ITC and Economic Sanctions Framework Lead at Swiss Re

In May 2024, I joined Swiss Re as the International Trade Controls Framework Owner, where I am responsible for overseeing global sanctions processes and documentation across all business units. Prior to this, I served as an Economic Sanctions Specialist at Allianz Commercial from 2019, within the Compliance Regulatory & Advisory function. In this role, I supported operations across Western Europe and the Middle East and played a key role in guiding the business through the implementation of Brexit and the enforcement of EU and UK sanctions targeting Russian interests.

Earlier in my career, I worked at Willis Towers Watson as a French-speaking Sanctions Advisor, supporting the sanctions team following the acquisition of Gras Savoye. As part of the Financial Crime team within the Risk & Compliance Department, I provided strategic advice on sanctions and export controls to WTW’s global business.
