Gavin Proudley leads the Dow Jones Third Party Risk Proposition. He is responsible for supporting clients across their third party risks and developing strategies to meet their needs. Gavin has worked with clients to help them build effective programs - from onboarding, risk assessments, due diligence, training and monitoring. His experience cuts across sectors and geographies.

Prior to joining Dow Jones, Gavin was a director in EY's forensic practice, conducting sensitive investigations, regulatory reviews and other consulting projects for financial institutions, large corporates and government clients. He has appeared in court as an expert witness.

Gavin also worked in Government for 11 years. In the Ministry of Defence, the Foreign Office and Cabinet Office, he focused on security, intelligence and counter terrorism issues, advising senior officials, ministers and the Prime Minister's office.

Gavin has wide experience running workshops, panels and events, working with experts in risk and legal teams. Gavin often represents Dow Jones in the media, commenting on developments in his areas of expertise.
