Katherine Fox oversees sanctions challenges in the UK foreign ministry, from Ministerial Review to the Supreme Court, ensuring sanctions remain effective and legally robust. Previously, she led efforts to counter state-directed cyber-attacks and helped develop the UK and EU cyber sanctions regimes. With 18 years in the diplomatic service, her career has centred on national security and Russia. Prior to this, Katherine worked at the Ministry of Justice on constitutional reform. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration.
