Zakaria Ouraich is a seasoned compliance and financial crime professional with extensive experience in investment management and regulatory frameworks across the UK and Europe. He currently serves as Head of UK Compliance at LaSalle Investment Management. In this role, he is FCA-approved (SMF17) and oversees all aspects of compliance and AML/CTF, supporting business units across real estate debt, value-add, multi-manager, and separate accounts platforms, while contributing to Pan-European regulatory strategy. Previously, Zakaria was the Compliance Officer for LaSalle’s Luxembourg AIFM.

He began his compliance career at Deloitte in Luxembourg and the UK, where he specialized in AML/KYC, sanctions screening, and corporate intelligence investigations with a focus on high-risk jurisdictions and sectors.
