Amaury Criscuolo leads the EMEA LP Secondaries business at Jefferies and was a founding member of the firm’s European secondaries platform. Based in London, he is responsible for the origination, structuring, and execution of LP-led secondary transactions across EMEA, advising leading institutional investors on portfolio construction and liquidity solutions.

Prior to joining Jefferies, Amaury was a Vice President at Greenhill Cogent, where he focused on secondary advisory and execution across a broad range of transactions for global clients.

Amaury holds a MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
