Angus Marshall is the Head of Transaction Liability at CFC. Angus has over a decade of transaction liability experience having worked for both CFC and AIG.

Angus began his career at AIG, overseeing the emerging markets business (including underwriting M&A transactions in Africa, Central & Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Israel and India).

In 2019, Angus moved to CFC as Head of Transaction Liability. CFC has built a reputation in innovative underwriting solutions for lower-mid market transactions, SMB M&A and secondaries (GP- and LP-led) transactions.

Angus has degrees in law and commerce and a graduate diploma in legal practice from The Australian National University and a masters in law from the University of Sydney.
