Mike joined Howden in 2019 and worked on the placement of its first Secondaries warranty & indemnity insurance policy later that year. Based in London, he is now the Co-Head of Howden’s specialist Secondaries team, advising clients on the use of W&I insurance on a wide variety of Secondaries transaction structures across Europe and APAC.
