Pravi is an Investment Manager in the Private Markets team at Railpen, where she conducts investments in private equity across primaries, secondaries and co-investments. Railpen is one of the UK’s largest and longest established pension funds. Railpen is responsible for the safekeeping and investment of circa £35 billion on behalf of the scheme’s 350,000 members who are connected to the railway industry. Railpen has an in-house investment team with expertise in the debt and equity markets. Within the Private Markets team, Pravi has executed transactions across the capital structure including investments in single-asset continuation vehicles. Prior to Railpen, she has worked across a range of private markets strategies at the National Grid pension fund including coverage of the secondaries market and investment execution in private debt, property, infrastructure and growth and buyout private equity. Pravi is a CFA charterholder.
