Rhett McPhie is an investment funds partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.

Rhett advises and represents sponsors and investors in strategic transactions, including the structuring, negotiating, and executing complex business transactions in the private funds market, including traditional continuation vehicles, portfolio sales, structured secondaries, synthetic secondaries, stapled secondary offerings, preferred equity and fund recapitalizations as well as advising on the formation and establishment of private investment funds.
