Rob Gavin

Rob Gavin joined Dawson Partners (“Dawson”), formerly Whitehorse Liquidity Partners, in 2016 and has more than 14 years of private equity and investment banking experience. Since joining Dawson, Rob has sourced and executed some of the Firm’s largest and most complex transactions. Rob also sits on Dawson’s senior leadership team. In 2017, Rob was selected for the “Young Guns of Secondaries” list by Secondaries Investor. Prior to joining Dawson, Rob spent three years with Denham Capital Management, based in both Houston and São Paulo. Prior to joining Denham, Rob was in the investment banking group at BMO Capital Markets, executing on a wide range of M&A, equity and debt financings across a broad range of sectors. Rob holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
