Stephen Pike is a corporate and M&A lawyer who specialises in private equity, with a particular focus on secondaries transactions. He has a proven ten-year plus track record of advising both LPs and GPs, successfully guiding them through the full range of secondaries transactions. Stephen has extensive experience across traditional secondary sales and portfolio transactions, complex fund restructurings, GP-led liquidity solutions (including tender offers and continuation funds), stapled secondaries, co-investment funds and direct co-investment into portfolio companies.
