René Taudal Poulsen is an associate professor at Copenhagen Business School and program director for the BSc-program in International Shipping and Trade. He conducts research on environmental upgrading in the shipping industry, and his publications on energy efficiency, shipping company strategy and shipping policy have appeared in academic journals such as the Journal of Cleaner Production, Global Environmental Change, Geoforum, Transportation Research Part D, and Business History Review.
