NAYAM WINGS is a maritime wind propulsion venture based on unique technology utilizing a special wing sail connected to the vessel's deck by 2 degrees of freedom (roll and yaw). This patented maneuverability enables crucial abilities: 1. using asymmetric multi element airfoil which produces the strongest wind propulsion (3 times x soft sail's) 2. Maintaining ships stability by reducing the heeling moment created in most wind conditions. The wing is automatically controlled for optimizing forward propulsion and minimizing heeling moment. With 1 wing for each 18K DWT the system can save an average 20% in fuel consumption and pollution.
