Prior to joining Valeris, Chip spent 26 years leading complex, customer-focused operations across Automotive, Finance, Utilities, Telecommunications, and Emergency Services. He has directed Training, Quality, Project Management, Workforce Management, Telecommunications, Facilities, Information Technology, Process Improvement, and frontline Agent organizations—providing a comprehensive understanding of service delivery at scale. His cross-industry experience brings a broad perspective on operational best practices, performance optimization, and transformation strategies that drive measurable business results.
