With more than 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Chris brings a unique blend of experience from both manufacturers and service providers. He spent a decade at Merck Pharmaceuticals before transitioning to management consulting at Vynamic, where he was instrumental in launching and scaling the firm’s Product Launch offering.

At Inizio Engage, Chris initially served as Chief of Staff to the President, where he oversaw U.S. Sales, Global Marketing, and Strategic Initiatives. Today, he leads a team of decision scientists focused on optimizing engagement services across human and digital channels. His team supports promotional, medical, and patient solutions groups with data-driven strategies.
