Daryl Kreml is a business leader with expertise in Strategy, Risk, and Compliance. His insightful, problem-solving approach has been developed through a career spanning government, law firm, and in-house roles. Following his graduation from Harvard Law School, Daryl joined the Central Intelligence Agency where he served as a Legal Adviser and Intelligence Officer. He then spent more than eight years in the Litigation Department and Compliance and Enforcement Practice Group of a leading law firm, advising clients in multiple industries from its offices in Washington, DC and London. His in-house roles have included Senior Managing Counsel and Head of International Compliance for a major medical device manufacturer, Head of Global Program Management and US Compliance for a large biopharmaceutical company and, currently, Senior Vice President, Chief Enterprise Risk and Compliance Officer at Sage Therapeutics.
