Debra Jennings is a transformational Healthcare Leader with 25 years of demonstrated success creating strategies to help elevate culture and business capabilities, predominantly within the pharmaceutical industry. “Deb’s” breadth of experience includes leadership roles in Marketing, Communications, Strategy and Operations, Data & Technology, Patient Services and Market Access. During her career, Deb has spent time with several organizations including Takeda, Express Scripts, Shire, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and in her current role with Kyowa Kirin, Deb is the Head of North America Operations for Patient Services.

When she is not working Deb is actively involved with several business and affinity groups that support allyship. She is a founding member of the Patient Services Brain Trust. She is an alumnus of the Women Unlimited Program, a TEDx speaker, a member of Chief and has been part of the mentorship program with the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association. Deb founded the group WISE (Women’s Informational and Social Exchange) to empower career growth & advancement.
