He currently serves as Director of Slalom’s Enterprise Life Sciences Practice, where he leads work spanning strategy, data, AI, cloud platforms, and customer experience. Throughout his career, James has led complex transformation initiatives across CRM, patient services, customer engagement, and commercial operations in global markets. He is passionate about applying technology to remove friction from the patient journey, reduce barriers to access, and help more patients receive the life-saving therapies they need.
