BJay Lavin is a seasoned executive with over 25 years driving consumer interactions in the healthcare, life sciences, and financial services industries. He currently serves as EVP of Partnerships and Business Development at Relay Network. As a founding member of Relay, he has played a pivotal role in its growth and success. Jay started his career in tech in the managed hosting space. He later focused in financial payments software at eCount, a pioneer in virtual payments acquired by Citigroup in 2007. Following the acquisition, he spent five years at Citigroup, where he led the North America B2C products division.
