Missie brings 26 years of biotech/pharma leadership and experience in sales, reimbursement, marketing and thought leader services with multiple complex molecule product launches across different therapeutic areas including Retina Ophthalmology, Neurology, Cardiology and Pulmonology in both hospital and clinic settings.

Most recently, Missie has built 2 unique launch teams of reimbursement professionals at two separate organizations. Her team members received a global innovation award for the first ever IDN contract in the Pacific Northwest for that company and Missie won Region Director President’s Club, 2022 for launch success in the West.

Missie currently is the National Reimbursement Director of the Ophthalmology ARM team at Astellas.

Missie attended the University of Arizona, Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts.

Missie is an Arizona native and resides in Tucson with her husband and 3 children
