Zack Hall is Vice President of Growth & Market Access at Flora Health, where he focuses on helping life sciences companies improve access, reimbursement, and patient support within provider workflows. He brings more than 12 years of life sciences client services and operations experience, with deep expertise across medical and pharmacy copay programs, HUB operations, market access, patient services, and reimbursement support programs.

Before joining Flora Health, Zack held senior leadership roles at Valeris, (formerly Mercalis and TrialCard), where he led strategic accounts, supported leading life sciences brands and helped design, manage, and scale large patient support and access programs across multiple therapeutic areas. His work has included improving speed to therapy, advancing medical benefit copay solutions, and piloting electronic prior authorization tools that reduced manual intervention and improved operational efficiency.

Zack began his career in project and operations management and served four years in the U.S. Army in communications.
