Diana brings over a decade of strategic consulting experience with both emerging and established biopharma companies, developing patient services and channel launch plans, and managing brand evolution program needs. She has built strategies and supported the implementation of dozens of drug launches in therapeutic areas including rare diseases and oncology.
Since joining Mercalis in 2022, Diana has worked as a subject matter expert helping existing and prospective clients with program strategy and optimization throughout all phases of the product and program lifecycle. She focuses on creating the optimal patient experience while always keeping the brand focus and GTN implications in mind.
Prior to joining Mercalis, Diana ran business practices focusing on patient services and channel/distribution for a Market Access consulting firm. Her insight to the entire commercialization process and market access landscape provides foundational knowledge that she leverages into every program she designs.
