Ian Ocilka’s entire career has been devoted to improving patient access to specialty medications, with a focus on building businesses, operations and highly functional teams. As CSO at ConnectiveRx, he is responsible for identifying new market growth and innovation opportunities, including merger and acquisition opportunities and strategic partnerships. He is helping drive the company’s commercialization market leadership by leading the assessment of new investment opportunities that enhance competitive advantages.

Ocilka has held multiple positions over a seven-year tenure at ConnectiveRx, including SVP of operations, SVP of business planning and analysis, SVP of client solutions and most recently, chief operating officer. Previously, he held director-level positions at Careform, which ConnectiveRx acquired, and a large patient support services company.
