Joanne is a results-driven leader passionate about developing programs that improve patient outcomes across healthcare sectors. As Head of Patient Services for Rare Blood Disorders and Oncology at Sanofi, she leverages over 25 years of experience in patient services and education across pharmaceutical, hospital, and public health settings. Previously, she developed infectious disease programs with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. Joanne holds a BS in Biology from Tufts University and an MPH in Maternal and Child Health from the Boston University School of Public Health.
