Karen Bagnulo leads the US MS Nurse Educator Program at Biogen providing patient support and education to patients taking a Biogen Multiple Sclerosis therapy. She is an accomplished patient engagement leader who has dedicated 20 years of her career supporting Biogen Patient Services, Patient Access, and Nurse Educator programs.

Karen is passionately committed to improving the patient experience. Her patient-centric approach sets a vision for strategy & initiatives to strengthen the nurse educator program through enabling capabilities and resources to remove non-clinical and clinical barriers to therapy, driving value for both the patients and the business.

Karen currently resides in Wake Forest, NC with her husband, Dominic, and their two children, Lucas (15) and Jameson (9).
