As Vice President, Implementation at ConnectiveRx, Kristine leads the company’s project management office as well as a cross-functional discipline called Launch Excellence that ensures patient support program designs meet and exceed clients’ needs. Her deep knowledge of best practices in hub planning comes from overseeing hundreds of successful programs that streamline access to specialty medications, consistently breaking down complex barriers for patients.
Kristine spent more than a decade in technology project and program leadership gaining valuable experience developing and managing patient access services including hub and adherence programs. Much of her work focused on specialty therapeutic areas including oncology and gastrointestinal. Her subject matter expertise spans network infrastructure strategy development, program and project management, and application development. She has experience and various accreditations with regulatory and security compliance standards such as HIPAA, Six Sigma, PCI-DSS, SOC2, HITRUST, and Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies (REMS) programs.
Kristine earned a BS in Health Information Management and Systems from The Ohio State University and a Professional Leadership Certificate from Georgia Tech. She is a candidate for MS in Administration at Central Michigan University.
