Lacey has over two decades of pharmaceutical experience, developing deep expertise in both clinical and commercial operations. She has led multi-functional teams and driven strategy and high-impact results across clinical, regulatory, quality, market access, and cell therapy patient operations. Lacey specializes in building innovative programs, creating CGT technology solutions, and streamlining operations. Her career, with a focus on immunology/oncology, rare diseases, and cell and gene therapy (CGT) products, has been marked by her ability to craft strategies that blend industry best practices with the unique challenges of complex products and diseases.

As the Director of Patient Support & HUB Operations at Sumitomo Pharma America, Inc., Lacey currently leads commercial HUB operations for a regenerative tissue therapy for a rare disease, while also developing strategy and operations to support US and global expansion. Previously, she managed Patient & HUB operations for a commercial autologous cell therapy product, where she successfully established a fully integrated internal HUB and built a fully integrated HUB CRM with accompanying point-of-care portal. With a passion for continuous improvement, Lacey combines strategic vision with operational excellence to deliver exceptional experiences for patients and the healthcare partners essential to high-coordination therapies.
