Mike has over 15 years’ experience managing a blended Patient Services team comprised of; Hospital Financial Counselors, Patient Access Specialists, Insurance Case Managers and Patient Financial Advocates. He has spent his career advocating for and supporting patients, helping them to drive down out of pocket expenses.

Since joining AbbVie, Mike as created, implemented, and successfully launch the Hub Service program for multiple brands in both the US and Puerto Rico, for which he was awarded the President’s Award Operations.

Mike is a kindhearted, and dedicated person who is ardent to his family and is passionate about his work. He enjoys spending time cooking, completing DIY projects, and mixing drinks in the company of good friends.
