Nicole is the Head of Analytics at Vaalia Health, an SRI Venture, where she supports Causal AI transformation for pharmaceutical organizations and their channel partners. Alongside her team at Vaalia, her mission is to expand commercial capabilities in care by creating solutions tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Prior to her time at Vaalia Health, Nicole spent 10+ years supporting pharmaceutical commercialization strategy across the commercialization continuum (early development to loss-of-exclusivity) and with a wide variety of teams (Patient Services, Insights & Analytics, Health Economics, Market Access, Channel, Brand, etc.). Through these experiences, she developed a deep passion for healthcare data and a strong personal interest in getting products to patients who need them.

Nicole has a MSc in Health Economics from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a BA in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
