Steve joined the Patient Access team at Inizio Engage in April 2023 and has since been tasked with developing and implementing the company’s Field Reimbursement Manager capability to complement other Patient Access Services. Steve draws upon over 15 years of leadership experience in field access and has implemented effective FRM strategies, developed go-to-market models, and achieved launch excellence. He has previously supported Access and Reimbursement services at companies that include Aimmune Therapeutics, Genentech, Novartis and BRM.
