Steve Sharobem is an Assistant United States Attorney in the Affirmative Civil Enforcement section of the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts. Though in the Civil Division, Mr. Sharobem is cross-designated to handle both civil and criminal healthcare fraud matters. He joined the office in 2016, after serving for 8 years as an Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, primarily within its Medicaid Fraud/HealthCare Fraud Division.

Mr. Sharobem’s litigation experience includes several criminal and civil jury trials and numerous more investigations and settlements related to healthcare fraud matters, including various cases and investigations involving pharmaceutical manufacturers and the life sciences.
