Summer Jelinek is more than just a leadership expert, she’s a seasoned professional with a knack for turning organizational chaos into calm, cohesive cultures. As an autistic ADHDer and proud neurodivergent leader, she brings a unique lens to her work as an international speaker, educator, and consultant. With over two decades of leadership experience at places like Walt Disney World, the Disney Institute, the Center for Creative Leadership, and even a ski resort, Summer connects with audiences worldwide to explore the real, messy, magical world of leadership.

At home in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, she shares life with her supportive husband, their delightful daughter, her brilliantly quirky brother, and two furry chaos agents, Loki and Adie.

Summer holds an MBA and a Leadership Certification from the #1-ranked HR.com master’s program at Crummer Graduate School of Business, Rollins College. She’s currently pursuing her Ph.D., where she’s researching neurodivergence in the workplace and reimagining what inclusive leadership can truly look like.
