With over 20 years of expertise in patient services and client management, Suzanne is a proven leader who is passionate about building effective teams, optimizing processes, and enhancing the patient experience. She leads PRO-spectus' Patient Services and Field Reimbursement teams with a focus in operational excellence, strategic planning, and client partnership to further our mission of improving patient access.

Suzanne’s impressive career includes key leadership roles at Cencora (formerly AmerisourceBergen), where she served as Senior Director of Field Services and Vice President of Client Delivery. Her background uniquely positions her to strengthen and expand PRO-spectus’ patient services operations. Suzanne earned her undergraduate degree from Clemson University and her MBA from Gardner-Webb.
