Terry Evans is a 27-year pharma/biotech executive who builds high-performing commercial organizations that tightly integrate sales with market access, trade, and patient services to accelerate access and persistence across rare disease, oncology, dermatology, and weight loss. He has designed and scaled both full-service and “lite” HUB models in traditional pharmacy and buy-and-bill channels, and has launched or relaunched therapies covered under medical and pharmacy benefits across retail, specialty pharmacy, in-office, hospital, infusion suite, and in-home settings. Formerly SVP, Global Distribution at Horizon and COO at Currax, Terry is now Chief Commercial Officer at Fennec Pharmaceuticals, where he aligns internal teams and external partners to optimize gross-to-net and execute flawlessly. Most recently, he led the re-launch of Fennec’s patient services, HUB, specialty pharmacy, and home nursing programs to improve conversion, coverage approvals, adherence, and persistency—translating strong value propositions into scalable, compliant revenue growth.
