Vicki Karlan, MPH, is a biopharmaceutical market access professional with 20+ years of commercial experience developing viable market access strategies and initiatives, patient adherence and support initiatives, and innovative customer and brand marketing programs and initiatives in rare disease, oncology, and primary care. Known as a collaborator who develops people, creates, and executes innovative market solutions that improve patient access, and a sharer of learnings and emerging practices to drive organizational performance.  Deep expertise in US markets, including national and regional payers, pharmacy benefit managers, employers, and provider organizations, with specialized focus on patient access and support, cost sharing practices across patient segments, with passion for improving health equity.  Currently in role as US Market Access Strategy Lead within Pfizer’s US Market Access organization.
