Who Should Attend

This course has been designed for IT professionals at all levels who are looking to deepen their understanding of human-centred design and apply its principles within the context of IT Service Management (ITSM). Therefore, relevant roles can include the following but not limited to:

Certification Criteria

You must meet two criteria to be eligible for a Humanising IT™ Certificate for this course:

  • Satisfactory attendance – you must attend all sessions of the course. If you miss more than two hours of the course sessions, you will not be eligible to sit the course exam
  • Successful completion of the course exam – You must complete the exam with a pass mark of 75% or above

If you do not meet this criteria, you will receive an Informa Connect Academy Certificate of Attendance. If you have not attended all of the course, the Certificate will clearly state the number of hours you attended.

Resit Opportunity: Candidates are entitled to one complimentary resit within one month of their first attempt
