Caroline has been working in the medical publishing industry since 2000, and is responsible for business development at Springer Healthcare IME, part of the Springer Nature group.

She began her career at a leading med comms agency working on manuscripts and symposia. Since moving to Springer Nature, career highlights include leading the Adis Rapid+ journals, and the decision to publish PLS and videos alongside articles to enhance readership learning uptake.

Since moving to IME, Caroline’s passion is how to incorporate the patient voice into educational programs. She regularly presents at conferences and webinars on topics related to medical education.

Caroline holds a BSc in Social Science and is a member of ISMPP, ACEHP, and MAPS. She lives in Cheshire, UK in a converted farmhouse, with her husband, cats and fleet of ducks!
