Erika Jerome is the Manager of the Investigator Sponsored Research Unit at Fox Chase Cancer Center with over 10 years of experience in clinical trial management, compliance, and regulatory affairs. She has extensive experience collaborating with industry partners to manage trials from concept to publication. Erika began her career at Philadelphia FIGHT, later transitioning to Fox Chase Cancer Center in 2015, where she managed phase II and III oncology trials for multiple disease groups. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Villanova University and a Master’s in Regulatory Affairs from Temple University.
