Francine Pope has served as the CME Manager for the Department of Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine in New York City for 11 years. Francine’s role covers the entire department, including all the medical subspecialties. In her role she provides guidance to Course Directors, writing Needs Assessments and identifying practices gaps for Symposiums and Grand Rounds and securing pharmaceutical sponsorships.

She is a member of GAME, MAACME, and ACEHP and received her CHCP in 2019.

In June 2024, Francine was a recipient of the IME Excellence in Teaching Award from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
