Jocelyn Badali oversees the Grants and Giving program at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Canada, where she manages compliance, regulation, and the administration of unsolicited medical education grants, patient organization grants, and charitable donation requests. Previously, Jocelyn supported a national disease non-profit’s research grants program and contributed to a caregiver support initiative through a private family foundation.

She holds a Master of Arts in Health & Aging from McMaster University, where her thesis examined older adults' perceptions of online learning competencies in the wake of pandemic-related in-person gathering restrictions. Additionally, Jocelyn earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration with a major in Health Services Management from Toronto Metropolitan University, focusing her thesis on enhancing program delivery for a community exercise initiative at a local disease non-profit.
