Margaret Maltese-Miller, Pharm.D is is a visionary and strategic Biotech Medical Affairs Leader with over 20 years' experience in diverse Medical Affairs roles and an expert in Medical Education and Medical Affairs launch planning with a multi-therapeutic area background including Oncology and Immunology. She is accomplished in building departments and processes at start up organizations and maximizing outcomes in Medical Education and Medical Operations. Margaret excels in operational excellence, innovation, and database implementation and has implemented various systems and processes in each of her past roles to maximize productivity and efficiency. She is recognized for fostering an environment of engagement, driving cross-functional collaboration, professional development, and championing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Margaret holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Rutgers University. She is currently Sr. Director, Lead of Medical Education & External Engagement at Mural Oncology. In her spare time, she enjoys art and design and quality time with her family.
