Anna leads the ADU Resource Center of San Mateo County, which works with jurisdictions and homeowners to drive housing production through infill development. The Center provides direct services to homeowners and works with jurisdictions to improve their internal processes. She was previously the Chief Strategy Officer at LISC, the largest nonprofit community development financial institution in the country, and has worked across private sector and academia. Anna holds a PhD in Geography from the University of Oxford, where she researched urban planning in the Soviet Union.
