With two decades of experience in San Diego real estate, Mr. Spicer has helped build SDRE from its origins in property management to a market-leading, full-scale, vertically integrated, residential real estate development firm.

This includes SDRE’s direct management of the acquisition, engineering, construction, and asset management functions to streamline and scale operations. Under his leadership, SDRE has become one the region’s most active real estate developers managing a current portfolio of over $500M in assets. In addition, SDRE has raised over $300 million in investment capital and $200M in credit facilities since its inception.
