Jennifer is an experienced strategic planner for public and private institutions. In her role with Napa County, she leads a department focused on strategic investments and program development to address the need for housing that is affordable for low-income County residents and members of the workforce. Her department oversees the Affordable Housing loan portfolio and programs, the emergency homeless shelter system (including Coordinated Entry System and Continuum of Care administration), and Napa County’s three dedicated 60-bed farmworker centers. Prior to working for Napa County, Jennifer worked in the private sector for 24 years, founding and running several successful start-ups including a chain of retail stores and a distilled spirits company. Jennifer has a Fine Art degree from Santa Clara University and is an alumni of the Standford dSchool.
