Tobin is responsible for all operations at Metricon Homes. Tobin brings a unique blend of construction and general contracting, hands-on real estate development, and underwriting experience. He has led the underwriting and acquisition of over 5,000 single family homes and designed a proprietary neighborhood investment rating (NIR) to calibrate risk/reward on real estate investments.

Tobin has also led the design of a scalable platform to deploy capital and directed the full investment cycle from sourcing, underwriting to acquisitions and closing.

Tobin enjoys traveling around the world and playing beach volleyball at Huntington Beach where he lives.
