- Please label your packages as requested above to ensure they are delivered to your exhibit booth in a timely manner.
- The items in red are required to be included on the label. Failure to include this information may result in a delay of receiving your package(s).
- FedEx charges package handling/storage fees. Please see the document attached for the pricing information.
- Packages can be delivered to your exhibit booth, as long as your box is labeled with a matching company name.
- Payment needs to be made to FedEx either onsite via credit card or charged to a FedEx customer account.
- The hotel encourages exhibitors to contact FedEx directly for payment & delivery at usa2911@fedex.com
- Packages should arrive no sooner than 5 days before the event (Friday, September 12, 2025)
- Pickups can be arranged with FedEx onsite. If you use another carrier, please coordinate your pickup directly with that carrier.
- FedEx is located on the lobby level (2nd Floor) on the south tower side, one floor down from the Marina Ballroom.
Set-up and Tear-down Times
Exhibit Setup: Wednesday, September 17, from 5:00-6:30pm
Exhibit Teardown: Friday, September 19, after the morning break ends (*time currently TBD)

The conference will have basic Wi-Fi available throughout the meeting space. If you require power or AV services for your exhibit space, please use the below link.

Pass Registration
To register your firm and/or client passes, please use the links and action codes provided to you via email from Maggie.donlon@imn.org. If you cannot find this email or your action codes, please email Maggie to have this shared with you.
FIRM PASSES are for members of your company. If you exceed the allotted number of passes, additional passes can be purchased at a reduced rate of 25% off the standard registration. Please contact your IMN sponsorship coordinator for assistance with additional passes. Any passes submitted incorrectly will be declined and asked to resubmit through the portal.
CLIENT PASSES limited to owner/operators and equity investors. All client passes are subject to approval by the IMN team. Please note that the pass is ‘Pending Approval’ until the pass has been approved by the IMN team. No Client Passes will be accepted within 24 hours of the event date. Any qualified client passes submitted after that date will be charged 20% off the standard registration rate. Those individuals with an existing registration are not eligible for client passes.
